All courses shown above are 30 hour "CORE" courses as defined by the Texas Real Estate Commission.

TUITION: $110 per single prepaid 30-hour course (walk-in tuition $115), or $320 for 3 prepaid courses, additional prepaid courses over three, $100 each. Prepaid discounts available only if courses are prepaid at the time of initial registration. Full refunds require 48 hour notice prior to start date of class.

All workbooks included; some textbooks may be required or optional.
